Ian Wright has said he is embarrassed by the abuse female football pundits are receiving.
This made me wonder if I was unconsciously biased about genders. When I get on a flight (remember doing that?) I am pleased if the flight crew are female. I think this is because I think that females professionally take fewer risks than males. This isn't based on evidence just my experience of life.
I was resistant to female cricket commentators being female but I was wrong.
My dentists surgery are brilliant and everyone, whatever the job, is female.
All the authors I regularly read are male. Nearly all the singers I enjoy are female.
When I worked nearly everyone who was my boss was male. Some of them were complete twats.
