Getting silly now!

Maybe it's 'pay back' time?
There was a report on Radio Lancs this week which said that PNE were worried about the vendetta (or something)
the BFC Fans had against PNE fans.
Getting in first with the 'We told you that there would be trouble from the BFC fans'.😰

This is absolutely pathetic. So much so I'm putting a fundraiser together so we can pay this firm of solicitors to battle on nobbers supporters behalf for extra tickets, free clapstix and Kleenex to dry all their tears.
Campaign Against Seasiders Harassment I'm calling it.
Please send cheques, made payable to CASH, immediately to me.
Please give generously as this won't be cheap, especially if I have to go to FL HQ, a few drinks and a nice spot of lunch 😂🧡

Well, we only reserve 3000 for the bigger clubs.

It just means Barnsley and Blackburn are bigger clubs than Preston!

It looks dodgy to me though. If it is a real solicitor, then their Twitter feed is quite unprofessional.

What part of our away end holds 2.2k do these thick fucks not get.
You can count on both hands the amount of times the away fans have exceed that and most would have been during the boycott years since the stand was built.

Blackpool have complied with the rules...PKE statement confirms that... wouldn’t touch that solicitor with a barge pole.

Re the Blackburn and Barnsley getting 3000 that’s because our home ends had t sold out and there was no demand for home fans for the north east stand. They must be really ** thick them lot in sleepdale.
The away stand (part of the east) holds 2200 and that’s what theyve been given on police authority
The north east part of the east stand is for HOME fans if there is demand for it so go cry to all the solicitors you want and be laughed out of court with a huge bill left for you to pay. Soft bastards

Not sure why the FA would get involved..... It would be the football league

They seem to comment on a lot of football news..... Personally I think their PR/social. Media person needs potting

We didn't GIVE 3000 tickets to Barnsley and Blackburn. We SOLD them. Unlike the Nobbers who give away tickets every week.

You'd think a solicitor would look at the EFL rules before making a statement. In summary, it's a minimum of 2000 supporters or 10 per cent if that is less. So we complied. They were lucky they didn't get 1760. The rules:

34.3 Facilities for visiting supporters

34.3.1 Each Club must make provision for at least 2,000 visiting supporters at every home match or such number as represents 10% of the Club’s certified capacity, if less than 2,000. The League may, on the prior written application of a Club, suspend this Regulation or reduce the figure either for a particular League Match or for a period of time. Each Club shall, subject to any dispensations granted by the Board, make provision for at least 200 of the visiting supporters (of which not less than 100 must be seats) to be accommodated under cover. Any Club which fails to meet the requirement of 200 visiting supporters being accommodated under cover and which does not have a dispensation granted by the Board shall have such amounts as the Board shall determine (in its absolute discretion) withheld from that Club’s central distributions from the Pool Account until such time as the Club can meet the requirement.

So Preston are only required to provide 2,000 tickets for the return fixture. Could be an interesting response on here if they do that.

If (like us) they do it because they have prioritised demand from their own fans, then we couldn’t really have any complaints. It would be disappointing, but then it wouldn’t be the first time.

If they do it to spite us, then that would seem a bit short-sighted, especially as we will likely have resolved some issues in the next year or two and be able to offer them more tickets anyway…. Plus we have tried to sifted the blow by giving access to the live TV stream.

Same guy, I think it's safe to say they're the last people you want to go to for legal advice.
