At least we won't be leaving Gnands up front as the sole Blackpool player in Bolton's half every time they get possession.

That is a valid point. Some people don't see the defensive work he does from set pieces. I have been praising Gnando for a while. He will be missed

I don't think Madine and Gnando gel up top tbh. Too similar imo. You need to play one or the other and the starter is Gnando based on this season and Madine on the bench. Just my opinion

Totally agree it's one or the other and if Gnado is fit he's starts he's our best striker by far.

If you asked me to choose between Gnado and Madine I'd choose Gnado. But, I'd rather the pair of them play up front with Fonz. Fonz also has a defensive edge to him. Sometimes it seems like he's the only one with urgency about him to press out from a defensive situation. Coupled with the fact he seems more-than-able to run at a defense he's a real asset imo. If you're going for a 4-4-2 tho, it has to be either/or with Madine and Gnado.

Gnado will score headers and defend well, Fonz will run at players and press out from defense and Madine is a little more handy with his shots than Gnado but seems a more out-and-out type. If we want all out, entertaining and attacking football all three need to be played at the same time as far as I'm concerned.

If I'm honest I hadn't thought who might be feeding them the ball! I'd envisaged Madine up front, Gnadders flicking on to him and the Fonz in almost an attacking midfield role. True though we might suffer without Feeney in the mix given he's probably been our most creative outlet thus far.

Guess this is why I'm not in charge of a team!

Only performs as a sub. Saw him start at Colchester the other week,and he was totally ineffective, and has been much the same when starting in other games. A useful sub....but that's all.
