Or West!
American politics.
Someone needs to help this guy.
He’s a bipolar sufferer, who refuses medication and is standing for the American Presidency.
I’m not saying mental health sufferers can’t achieve, how could I ! And why would I ??
But stress is a major trigger for mental health issues and my point is are his people enjoying the gravy train too much to protect his health?
Or has American politics just lost all it’s sense of integrity?

If he does have MH issues then running for office isn't going to help, especially with the scrutiny and ridicule that this type of activity attracts.
The present incumbent of the Whitehouse has no mental health issues?
Not ridiculing mental health but Trump is a fruitcake.
Can’t understand why the world’s apparently greatest country can’t put up younger talent to stand for office.

Really?
How would you do that?
Take him out of his crazy lifestyle, and the media gaze for a while.
Bit of TLC, some home comforts and hopefully a bit good humour.
If that hasn’t worked after a few days seek medical help and strong drugs asap, and mop his fevered brow with a damp cloth.

And the expression 'bi-polar' is banded around too much these days as a throwaway remark.
It definitely is. But he denies having it, which is a typical trait. Lack of insight.
Nobody wants to be that poorly, paranoid and most regret the awful embarrassment they feel they have brought on themselves afterwards.
I’ve watched a couple of interviews and documentaries on KW previously, and he clearly has a mental health issue that only medication can stabilise long term.
And more importantly those who know him, especially his entourage and medical care givers should be stopping this shit show that’s triggering his breakdown ASAP.

Having worked in psychiatry for over 20 years as an RMN and Psychiatric SW I feel that I'm suitably qualified to proclaim his diagnosis...

He's bonkers!😂

That’s one ways of putting it!!
As I’m sure you know Bob the more damage done and the longer and more severe an episode gets it’s a lot harder to recover from, and some get so poorly they never do recover 😢
It’s a battle and it’s awfully sad that nobody in his circle currently has the balls or inclination to get him the immediate care he clearly needs.

There are readily available drugs now for bipolar.
They flatten the curve, so none of the highs & lows, just somewhere constantly in the middle, which is where they should be
