Spurs **.Can't be to many Kane's about
Where was that? I know the picture your on about, but honestly I've got a doubt in my mind it was in Blackpool. Its easy to assume it was, but I never saw it, and its the kind of thing you'd remember. I think I've seen it mentioned on another site that its possibly Wigan, but I'd happily be wrong. The photo looks like the alley from Central Drive that crosses Henry St,up to the back of the Scratching Shed but from my memory all that was ever written there was Blackpool FC in big letters. Also I want to knife a Preston Bastard was around for a good while too .
I doubt myself sometimes for bothering to read your pronouncements.Yeh - two or three in the best part of 30 years
…and it’s not as if Graffiti is anywhere and they are not catching them.
…are you not that bright?
Or was it a donkey that was there for bisonsWasn't there a BISONS daubed on a wall just as you left Blackpool North for donkeys years?
Probably best you don’t if you cannot make sensible or funny commentsI doubt myself sometimes for bothering to read your pronouncements.
Who the fuck graffitis a tree?
Surprised they didn’t spray the horses.Who the fuck graffitis a tree?
We are the worst species on the planet.
Pretty sure it was behind the Mecca , I remember the ones near Preston station very clearly.Where was that? Could be a good thread this, if anyone knows for sure. I'll add some more old BFC artwork, in addition to my earlier post, that springs to mind on the back of the Abbatoir on Devonshire Road, you could see some there for years from the train, and on the old signal box as you left North Station Also their was loads on the way into Preston Station, but that's long gone.
"Some come here to sit and thinkthe old 80s / 90s graffiti inside public bogs was funny at times
....
My memory of that bus shelter was the graffiti sign SparkS - South Shore Park.Bus Shelter at Spen Corner where you would get on No 6 or 11c buses had loads of great graffitI. One particularly magnificent example was “Poulton Penis Crew” some of whom I’m guessing must be on this board
Did you live down that way 20’s?My memory of that bus shelter was the graffiti sign SparkS - South Shore Park.
Lived on Mereside lat 60's and then off Faringdon Ave in the 70's so the no 6 and no 13 both used to stop there.Did you live down that way 20’s?
Gone are the good old days of proper graffiti like Welcome Back Bolton, and Seaside Mafia in industrial tangerine paint on the railway line into North Station and Blackpool Kings Of Deepdale on a wall on the wasteland on the way from Central Drive bogs to the ground before they built Yeadon Way. And dont get me started on the Potts Must Go work of art that survived on the back of Scratching Shed from 1976 to the day they knocked it down 30 odd years later. Modern street art, my arse.
