Grayson needs to be potted Tonight

I was backing Larry up a few weeks ago, saying ‘give him time’ at this rate his time must be running out!
 
I'm gobsmacked people were still making excuses for him even before he was allowed to bring in a dozen of his own players. What excuse are you all going to make for him now? 🤔😖
 
How we ever employed him in the first place is beyond me. Said at the time he's outdated. Season is over. Hope SS gets rid now and go again with a manager with fresher ideas.
 
He's a shadow of the young, hungry manager we had a long time ago. He's bitter, negative and stubborn these days. I doubt the players care too much for him as some of their performances show. That's not to say they are blameless, some are nowhere near the standard of skill or effort to succeed.
 
Guy needs to go ASAP, that was complete dire the guy doesn’t have a clue anymore. Anybody defending Grayson still needs examining
 
Backed him until a few games ago... He's got to go now. Utter tripe he's no idea what is going on and shows no emotion till we're down...
 
We weren't showing any urgency in attack until we were 2-1 down, before our 2 minutes of madness when we conceded twice we didn't even try to score a second to put the game to bed.
 
Steve Evans was jumping all over the place, showing passion whereas Grayson stood there with his hands in his pockets the whole match
 
I rated us 3 out of 10 on saturday despite the win as I just didnt see a good tram and tonight I feel justified in that. Was never a good idea signing Grayson. You should never look back. It's like getting back with an ex girlfriend then realising the toxicity flows back much quicker second time around

And realising her 'corridor of uncertainty' is twice as large as when you were with her the first time.

Agreed although I don't like it Evans was giving the linesman and 4th official stick all game. He was showing passion and barking orders all match. Grayson showed no animation at all apart from holding his hands in the air when they scored the winner. Tactically inept.

Agree with all of that Ragnarok. I warned on Saturday that a win was actually counter-productive as it covered the cracks and nothing else.
 
I've been of the 'give Grayson a season' persuasion up until now. Tonight though, I've now had enough. Where is the midfield control? Where are the cross-field precise passes? All I could see was a sort of pass quickly and rush forwards tactic that is both obvious and repetitive. I had hoped to see the new players gell. I didn't. Enough is enough.

I wouldn't quite go that far. He got lucky with balls launched forward which we failed to deal with. We were masters of our own downfall - nothing to do with Fat Man's tactics.
 
Took my lad to the second open training day at the ground
Watched Grayson the whole time
It was boring , no fun no banter looked like no team spirit really
