The truth is that there is no hiding place in the Championship and you will quickly be found out if you have weaknesses in midfield and defence. To start the season with no right back is bad enough but we are now three league games and a cup game in and there is still no sign of reinforcements. I would imagine most fans would agree we could easily have been 2 or 3-0 down at half time in the last two games and yet we still dont make any changes to remedy the issues. The manager has a very stubborn attitude and seems to refuse to believe he is getting it wrong even when it is blatantly obvious. When you are lucky to be nil nil at half time and you dont change anything and just hope it will all change then it isnt good tactical management.

Has anyone mentioned that you dont have to wait until after an hour to make subs??

I really hope Critch can turn it around and its a case of alls well that ends well again but we need reinforcements as soon as possible as we are still woefully short. To start the season with no right back is ridiculous and needs to be addressed asap.

I want him to get it right and quickly but ignoring the obvious isn’t going to work. Our best player has been Maxwell and the only two outfield players that have performed have been lavery and bowler both of whom were inexplicably left out in the first two games despite clearly being in form against Boro

I thought we were crying out for a change at half time, he didn't change it and we came out and played miles better. If we'd played like we had second half for 90 minutes we might have got something out of the game.

No idea what caused us to play so badly in the first 30 minutes of the game, we were like deers in the headlights as Coventry came at us - mistakes all over the place and we looked like we didn't have a clue. I was worried it was going to be a cricket score. We have an opening half an hour like that against a side like Bournemouth and I don't think we'll come off quite as lucky as we did against Coventry..
