Boys and girls will not be allowed to practice headers in training sessions, only in matches.

I absolutely loved heading the ball as a kid and don’t think it’s done me any harm and I absolutely loved heading the ball as a kid 😉

That's a matter of opinion PB isn't it. 😝
 
I don't really see the issue and think it's a good idea. Mine as u10s I don't coach to head a ball in training anyway and I want the ball on the floor.

Very rare you would see headers in an under 10 or less game so seems a good idea to me. Keep them healthy and maybe even make them better with their feet as you say.

We used to play entering and heading just about every weekend and through the holidays on the beach in St Annes. I understand why though, it can't be good for you.
