Had to be one of the season's worst display. Gilks a watching bystander ....he became really good at that whether on or off the pitch !
 
Was there, looked a straight red at the time, seen in many many times since, always looked a red & still looks a straight red to me, was a bit of amateur dramatics. 8.5 from me.
 
Bednar was badly injured by the challenge and was basically a passenger for rest of the game as we had used all our subs. Don’t think he played for us again after that.
 
I remember that game well - felt a bit like deja vu after the previous season's result at Bloomfield Road - definitely became a bogey side!
