How many other clubs have the holy trinity?

1. An owner who grew up in the town/city of the club he owns?
2. An owner who has been a life long fan of the club?
3. An owner who has money and is prepared to invest it to improve both of the above?

I know we all knew that we could not have a worse owner than the previous one, but what we have now is surely beyond our wildest dreams? It's something very few other clubs have and it's something that we should never take for granted as long as SS is in control. I'm struggling to think of any other current owner that meets the holy trinity criteria. Can anybody else think of one?
