For me it's daft to go to 3 central defenders in that situation, under pressure. especially with Gretarsson playing his first game in ages, and Keogh returning from injury. It is just going to cause confusion and hesitation. Stay as a four and keep one of Yates/ Madine/ Bowler on. I think Critch got that wrong.
 
Giving the ball away cheaply was the big problem in the second half ,Powder puff stuff . The defending was poor also, the lad who scored just the equaliser was just breezing past our players at will !

The referee was terrible. He didn't give us anything after missing the concussion.

Look at this goal kick for Huddersfield. Fuck off.
