Blackpool missed some sitters but we earned our second half luck and if it weren't for their keeper's heroics we'd have won.

Hogg ain’t ever gonna be the player he once was, but he came on put his foot in and stopped the Blackpool midfield steam rolling our midfield like the first half.

Engrossing that, good point, thank god we don’t have to play them again.

We got away with that one. Blackpool missed a couple of sitters in the second half although generally we were much better.

Disappointing how little control we've had after getting level.

Very worrying how they could and should have scored a hatful.

But having said that, I thought we had more than our fair share of good luck today. Mainly that it was only 2-0 at HT.

With 3 wingers/ wing backs out injured or suspended and starting 2 new strikers up top first half we had no width and Blackpool exploited this and to be fair could have been more than 2 down at half time. We changed it a bit, got back into the game quickly but after that it could half gone either way.

We won absolutely no second balls in midfield first half so made it easy for them to get at us wide winning the ball and playing it forward quickly. It improved with the changes but not massively. Blackpool seem to have the tools to hurt us more than others.

I'd say Blackpool had more big chances than we did.

Very fair. (Fairer than this board about our own team in fact)

Over the 90 , I thought the game was pretty even and probably the most entertaining game at home this season . People say what we threw it away being 2-0 up .but it does not matter when a goal is scored and its all part of the 90 .So just because the Huddersfield goals were 2 minutes apart right at the start of the second half makes no difference apart from being a confidence boost .

From those goals ,I thought Blackpool were excellent in not crumbling under pressure and within the next ten minutes had got their act together again. Although we were not as potent in the second half we still created chances and also stopped a third goal going in . Just a really good alround game and I feel from that ,that the Critchley effect is now well and truly gone.

The 3-2 win at home to Barnsley at the end of last season was a very entertaining game, under Critch. A rare occasion, in his second spell, but there were plenty in his first spell.

I don't really like the way that we write history as being either black, or white.

I take from that, that we have a great starting midfield pair in Morgan and Evans and we lack goalscorers.

Terriers confirming what we know. We need two strikers and two replacement central midfielders for the bench.

One thing it did do for me is re enforce how correct I was about Oliver Turton. How he’s still at this level is a mystery. Absolutely ** awful at football.
Agreed. He had a great chance in the second half and poor control let him down.

Totally agree. Good on them for flying out 2nd half to try and steamroller us. At 2-2 my only thought was we were going to lose.

We bounced off the ropes and went again and should have won it. Very proud of the boys and they passed a huge test.

think they are being harsh on themselves. Thought they always looked a threat in the first half too. Particularly down their left flank. Offiah was really up against it.

Down the left, we had Hamilton tracking back, giving Hubby some cover.

The way we play means Apter has a more of a free role, but that can leave Offiah exposed.

We were well beaten in the home fixture by Blackpool they totally dominated us for the full 90. I know it came during our bad run but left the ground that night thinking they were going to be pushing for promotion.

Drawn with Wycombe home & away, took a point from St Andrews & robbed by the ref away at Wrexham recently.......Played well against all of the top four with good stats in each contest, certainly no mugs.

Good sides manage to get points when they don’t deserve them and that certainly is true of yesterday, first half abysmal defence all over the shop not helped by the midfield where the gap between hodge and Kane, wiles was huge.

I thought it was a fair result in the end. Blackpool are decent at this level and whilst they will probably fall short of the play off they won’t be anyway near the bottom 4.

Late to the convo but what a great game of football that was, real end to end stuff which both teams could have won, one of the best games i”ve seen this season, much rather of witnessed a drab 1-0 win where nothing much happened though!

He wasn't well protected, particularly 1st half, when Brodie let their wide man, saunter past him, without putting a foot in. The other wide lad Hamilton had, us on toast, he was fast & direct, glad to see him subbed off 2nd half.

We really have to get into the habit of knuckling down after half time when we have a lead and preventing these gifted goals that immediately hand the initiative to the opposition.

I think they are relieved we didn’t go in up by three goals making it game over. It was a great game but one we ought to have had in the bag
