I-Follow Videos Blank Screen?

Hi. Has anyone else had this problem with the I-follow video archive on the Official Site? Videos don't appear to be playing. You Tube is still working on my laptop so perhaps not the hardware. Any solutions from techy folk if not a universal problem? I might end up topping my laptop if I can't access tonight's game!

Just had a look and I can definitely get the previous match videos.
I think you only get playbacks of matches you've "paid" for which will include ST holders.
Some content however that is available via ifollow may depend on what level of package you have purchased.
BFC produced youtube content is free.
 
Thanks for taking the trouble to do that Insider. I am a season ticket holder and haven't had any problems previously. So will need to pursue.
