A question please folks. Not used it before, is it possible to order and watch it on a Smartphone?

Yes, your browser will support the video, and you can fill in the form to order on the site.

You can watch on the app (app is called EFL iFollow app). But I'm not sure you can subscribe through the app. I believe you need to navigate to the blackpool fc ifollow site on your browser and subscribe there, then log into the app to watch it.

Blimey never watched a game on a phone - any reason why you have to watch on a phone and not a laptop? Find it hard enough to pick players out with iFollow’s long distance camera angles on a 50” TV let alone a 3” screen!

The way in which ifollow transmit the pictures means the quality is less than perfect. Someone on here explained the techy reasons why.
When you watch the same pictures back on Quest or Sky afterwards they are alot better but live will never be picture perfect.
All good tips on here though to maximise the viewing experienced.
I've settled now for laptop, resolution setting 720, HDMI cable to TV. It's worth trying an ethernet link to your hub but I've got good WiFi now and don't need it.
And finally I actually have a "football" setting on my Sony TV which improves the picture significantly.

Know what you're saying FY, it's just a needs must for a variety of reasons. Chiefly not owning a laptop!

Any buffering tips whilst watching on the tele?
I still get the odd problem watching through the telly (Silk browser over Firestick), but after following advice from Halifax71 (apologies if it was someone else) things have improved dramatically - clear cache, lower res, force stop all other running apps.

A smart TV tried HDMI didn’t do any better
Have you done a speed test to see what download speeds you're getting? Unplugged both devices prior to the game to give them a reboot?
From the posts above it seems as though you've tried the usual methods so must be something your end, is the TV up to date with software updates?
Have you tried another device to see if you still have problems?

Tried to watch a game on my iphone (12). Ten mins in I was casting it to TV.
My laptop is best - zero buffering.

It’s better on the lap top using same 𝗪𝗶𝗳𝗶. But two of us in house want to watch it

I login using a laptop connecting via wifi router to the internet. I then use an HDMI cable into the TV. Never had any problems connecting or with buffering.
I have registered an account via the BFC site as I am a ST holder and get home games free just by logging into my BFC account using my email and password. I use the same account to purchase any away match passes. I never use the separate EFL app, even though I have got it.

My son uses the same wifi but has a separate BFC registered account with a separate email login. No problems in watching separately

No. You need separate accounts and to login in separately.
I appreciate you're not, it sounded like hazi might be.

As above, I find a firestick best, using the silk browser.

Pre match, using settings / manage apps, to clear cache and force close all apps.

Also, an hour before game, switch off your router for 10 mins.

Clears all the crap.
