That is true. And he’s a Remainer.
However, there really is no defending the indefensible. Looks like Boris needs another advisor. I could do a better job. As a minimum, Cummings should apologise and pay either the fine or some money to charity, or both. I never expected him to resign as he strikes me as a man with little integrity. Super intelligent but lacking in basic skills as a human being.
