I suppose the intriguing thing is ..

If Peterborough are on a downward spiral (and the last two games they've looked awful) and we could do the double over Sunderland .. could we dare to dream?!

Absolutely dare to dream.
The run in is mental with 8 games in April alone but we know now that we have enough in this squad to cope with that.
The confidence is there for all to see and their work rate and togetherness is phenomenal.
The two Sunderland games will be key but we are more than capable of taking 6 points from those.

I think what last night showed is how important it is that we get the foot hold in the game. I think back to Crewe and Burton and it's almost like we made up the numbers in the first half of those games. Attack is always the best form of defence and no surprise we're so tight at the back at the moment.

The key to me is the need to keep the press full on particularly by the front players.
Gerry epitomises that with his duracell bunny performances.
We are looking very mobile and fit across the pitch at the moment and that for me is our biggest strength.

You can dream as much as you want - we’ll probably win the Championship next season said my sleepy head

the key to this season will be a fresh half team - the sooner we have the injured back then I’ll feel more relaxed for one - even if it’s 3/4 players - whether they get into the team depends on performances but under extreme difficulties Neil C has got a hungry squad and they and we now truly sense it

we are highly unlikely to beat Sunderland twice - look at their loss total and when did they last lose 2 matches ! Two draws or one win would be the best I could dream of. But they are alert to our closing threat

Plymouth might provide us with an opportunity to force a mini break from the chasing back - we still need at least 6 wins from our remaining matches to make the play-offs 19 points should be enough based on historical points totals - Sat is very important if not a must win and they are the weakest team in terms of away form in the league !! But they have a top goalscorer with more goals (16) than our Jerry so nothings a certainty

We are looking very immobile and unfit across the treatment room at the moment, though, and that for me is our biggest weakness. 😉
