Would it actually be another hassle for Sadler. Doubt he’s the sort of person who would let others decide and it’d be a bit of hassle to have to come back from Hong Kong for the interviews.

Maybe it could be a factor in his decision making - simply not got the time for someone new when he supposedly has a manager more than equipped and experienced to do the job?
