It's not that interesting, tbh. It's just the same shite he comes out with after every game. I'd rather he concentrated on doing his job as captain on the pitch.
I think a few are missing the mood of the player - Spearing is a winner and hates conceding let alone losing! Full bloodied player who I can imagine is taking this run of results badly. Sadly I think he might know with all these youngsters coming through his time at the centre of the side is coming to an end.
Can't help but feel he's trying to make himself relevant knowing he's one game away from being dropped and if it clicks in that game I don't think we'll be seeing too much of him for the rest of the season.
We'd do well to drop him and pick a captain who can actually organise and lead the players when the whistle goes. Maybe it's just form but to me it seems his legs have gone. I don't know why he tweets as well, all he gets in return is a barrage of abuse.
