I'm sure the pitch will be playable. The only question then is the wind and crowd safety. Typically the latter only factors in snow and ice and with the stands giving some shelter to the pitch I would've though the wind wouldn't be too bad inside the ground. I'd expect it to be on.

I believe these games are arranged midweek during the winter on the advice of the authorities because a low away attendance cuts police and security costs.
