Your suggestions please, I will start with

Teams that come on to the pitch for games wearing over shirts which they take off a minute after coming on the pitch leaving a poor kit man with an armful of unused shirts which he has to wash! (Southend yesterday being the example!).

One of my pet hates which was on display yesterday when Gonads was down near the dug out and players came over for water is when the manager just stands there and doesn’t interact with his players. I’d be full on Mike Bassett motivating them if it was me.
