Don't like the guy but he has done a super job up the coast his team score goals they play good football and he signs good young and old players yet he's always under the radar for other jobs. Football seems to have turned the corner now where young managers and young players seem to be the norm instead of old journeyman players and old managers. I'm hoping we get it right this time because it's been a wasted season of hope and ambition after the chairman backed the manager and the manager let us down. Up the pool

I'd agree with much of that. Have enjoyed the way they've played the last two times at BR and have been unlucky not to get a result on either occasion. He has built a squad rather than thrown the baby out with the bathwater and it's reaping benefits. Why we need a manager is ASAP to work with this team for a third of a season and then know exactly what to do in the summer.
