Be interesting to see how he performs.
Yes , good luck to him. He really is an ' if only' player.Be interesting to see how he performs.

You could replace it with a picture of your avatar! That poses a dilemma. Sullay is pin-up of the month for July on the Club Calendar. Should I display a player who's no longer ours, even if he is in tangerine?
Yes I can! - for the memories of all those times when he played like a tangerine wizard! Thanks Sullay!
He'll look all wrong in that twotone blue kit. I actually feel a sense of loss too. It's too painful to comment.
ExactlyNot remotely bothered about him. You can't play well once in every ten games and get another contract at Championship level.
Ainsworth despite his PNE past is a good manager who knows what he is doing.Exactly
Still got Gaz tho! He'll look all wrong in that twotone blue kit. I actually feel a sense of loss too.
What might have been. When he scored against Everton a year ago I sensed a great season was coming for Sullay.
You could... but it would be a daft thing to say.. he’s never played in the Championship for a startYou could say that Wycombe have signed a player who currently has a better track record and attacking statistics than any of our signings.
Hope he does well for them.
Although he has played at a higher level than Carey or Lavery which was the point i was making. You could... but it would be a daft thing to say.. he’s never played in the Championship for a start
Tbf he did,but as for the most part he was a total passenger, the bar wasn’t set too high.Although he has played at a higher level than Carey or Lavery which was the point i was making.
I thought he always did well when used properly, maybe he doesn't operate in enough positions to fit in with the managers plans.Tbf he did,but as for the most part he was a total passenger, the bar wasn’t set too high.
Apart from the 18 games at Brentford that is.You could... but it would be a daft thing to say.. he’s never played in the Championship for a start
That's a daft thing to say because he played for Brentford in the Championship, and has played for Crystal Palace in the Premier League as well as in the top flight in Holland! You could... but it would be a daft thing to say.. he’s never played in the Championship for a start
Whereas Keshi Anderson, who has taken his shirt number and is a year older, hasn't done any of that. As yet. Apart from the injury bit. He needs a big season for us.That's a daft thing to say because he played for Brentford in the Championship, and has played for Crystal Palace in the Premier League as well as in the top flight in Holland!
It's his hamstrings that seem to be the main issue. Both seasons with us got cut short because of the same issue.
Kept the wrong one.Still got Gaz tho!
Potential is better than consistantly unused potential.Although he has played at a higher level than Carey or Lavery which was the point i was making.
From what I've seen he's a different player. Much more Grant Ward than Sullay. I really liked what I saw. Will be interesting to see if Carey gives us more than KK.
I'm not saying they are the same, clearly not. Just one arrived, one left, vaguely similar area of the pitch, creative hopefully. From what I've seen he's a different player. Much more Grant Ward than Sullay. I really liked what I saw.
The little I saw gave the impression less of creativity and more of a really tidy, technically able player. He'll drive hard when there's space but doesn't seem like a box of tricks. What impressed me most was his calmness and simple work. He also played a lot deeper than I'd imagined him before hand.I'm not saying they are the same, clearly not. Yeah same. He seems to have attacking instincts though, and may play further forward than he did at Southport, we'll see. Hope so.Potential is better than consistantly unused potential.
Ok 18 Championship games, 3 PL appearances and only 1 start in Holland. He’s just signed for Wycombe and been released by us for a reason. You’re right though, injury prone and in my opinion doesn’t apply himself properly. That's a daft thing to say because he played for Brentford in the Championship, and has played for Crystal Palace in the Premier League as well as in the top flight in Holland!

Fair dos ... my bad. But it was six years ago when he was a kid.Apart from the 18 games at Brentford that is.
