I think it would be rude not to bring this thread on to this board.
Karl's next visit before the beak is on Thursday and it will be rude if we don't go along to offer our support.
I'm sure he appreciated meeting fellow fans before the meeting last time so let's not leave him to suffer on his own.
I'll leave those more ITK than me to confirm kick off time.

It is indeed. So far as I remember the Judge wanted both sides to produce more evidence so he could decide if the matter should proceed to a full hearing in October!!!
 
It's a day out for Raggy and Afroman - they don't get out much now the O's have gone 😁 I miss Afro's disco rants!
 
Has the paperwork been found? Missed the last one unfortunately but should be able to make this.



Still trying to screw money out of the club. At the very least we can make it uncomfortable for him.
 
As it stands at present this is still going ahead tomorrow (6 Feb).
It's open to the public with a 10.00am start back in the same Court building as last time, Alexandra House, Parsonage, Manchester M3 2HS.
 
Anyone attending please make sure you let Karly Boy know we are still thinking about him and laughing. If I ever bump into him, he'll end up wearing what I was drinking.
 
The last hearing, once it got going, was interesting and entertaining.
Can't make it this time but looking forward to the reports from those attending 🤣
 
Insider can you answer. How much his he claiming for? Does Karly have a chance of winning? Why was the first one adjourned?
 
He could have had it so different at Blackpool FC. Could have made 10/20 times the amount they tried to take out of the club. So thick it's unreal.
 
Garstang. There are actually 2 claims. The first hearing was to do with how his £2,500 pm salary was paid. He has a second claim for unfair dismissal and a bonus which hasnt been heard yet. The 2 cases may eventually be heard together.

Tomorrow’s tribunal is for £50k non payment of wages. Through my tangerine goggles no chance! But the case was adjourned from 21 Nov for ‘opinion’ on HMRC and CSA obligations that weren’t paid as the ‘wage’ was drawn down from against the loan KOCK had from the club. Creative accounting that hopefully drops KOCK in the proverbial brown stuff.
the Unfair dismissal case is scheduled for a 4 day hearing in October. I’m sure it will be another entertaining occasion. Unless he pulls out like Sammy Brownpants has today!
 
As I understand it Karl had a loan from the football club. When he was suspended. He must have been suspended on full pay before being sacked. Instead of the club paying him in his wages into his bank account the football club paid him but instead of paying him directly they knocked it off the loan amount that he owed to the club which seems fair enough to me
Had the wages been paid direct to him the football club would never have got any of the outstanding loan paid off by scummy Oyston
What a vile family. Hope he rots in hell
 
Tell you all now Karl Oyston wanting his job back if that should happen 5 of us will boycott the club for good. He’s a f ing *anker.

I wonder how much of the Loan is outstanding? Would be hilarious if its more than he's owed and the Judge ruled he had to pay it back immediately with interest.
 
Karl's director's loan account with BFC in the last published accounts was (from memory) about £165,000 overdrawn.
If he wins his wages case, say £50k, all that will happen is that £50k will be added to that balance.
If I was Simon Sadler I would be knocking on his door asking for that money to be repaid.
