I buy the jars of sauerkraut in Tesco in the polish section, the odd time I buy a mixed kebab I put some on

Perfectly fine. White cabbage on a kebab is good... something vinegar cuts through the grease... happy days!

You get garlic sauce at the West Kirby Grill - highly recommended, especially with the mixed kofte and chicken one. I always insist they include a few of those pickled chillis too

Sauerkraut is great and is a perfect accompaniaments with most foods. Very low in calories and if you buy a decent one, very tasty. I always buy mine from the local Polish shop. Like anything else, if you enjoy it with kebabs go for it, It's your choice whatever others may say.
