Vital points dropped late to unambitious sides Crewe and Wimbledon
.
Before today, the Dons had won only twice in their last 11 outings.

Postponements and injuries excuse no below standard coaches and squad.

Without sustained consistency, a Championship return stays elusive.

Critchley must go, for obvious flaws:
*focus on rivals, not his own team.
*erratic and defensive formations.
*inability to motivate selected men.
*misplaced and mistimed substitutions.
*failure to learn from mistakes.
*too little quality hired in transfers.

Pool should make a huge bid to lure a new boss from a pacesetter club.

Someone with a proven good record could transform resources.

taking bets on how long the queue will be of all the managers from pacesetting clubs who want to come and manage us?

There’s plenty of managers who’d kill for the backing Critchley has had and would have done 10 times better so don’t kid yourself. With Sadler at the helm we’re an attractive proposition. For example if Critchley had been potted 6-8 weeks ago both Lee Johnson and Paul Cook would have been up for this job, managers with something about them.
