Keshi is a Seasider

Looks like a competent winger/attacking mid, who could get better with good coaching, decent ish goal and assist record too
Suppose we can only wait and see.
I’ve given up listening to other fans opinions on players because they always tend to be tinged with a touch of bitterness or sentiment.

Well that was one of the weaker positions we had that needed filling.
When Feeney went off the pitch last season we had nothing out wide on the right.

Sounds like it could be a free as Swindon had offered him terms to stay, but clearly he's had a better offer from us. Just watching some Swindon highlights on their Facebook, both Keshi, and this Jerry Yates we've been linked with look a good threat in front of goal.

The YouTube video someone (Kurt?) has posted on the other thread looks very promising indeed.
If this is the standard of signing we are to expect we should be in for a cracker of a season.
Him and a fully fit Kaikai will be a joy to watch.

And he's been signed before the season is near.
The Os would have hummed and arred until just before the season starts so pay a month or so less money, or not get him at all.😕
Welcome aboard Keshi. Hope you have a great career with Blackpool.👍

Didn't play in the games against the teams at the top for Swindon last season - could indicate that he's good at breaking defensive minded teams down which we seem to always struggle with.

Good player to have in the squad, lets get a striker signed up next.

I'm told from my Swindon supporting mates down here that he's a good winger if he's injury free and played in the correct role.

Also this from a Swindon supporting journo (@_BenWills) : "I think he's an excellent League One/Two number 10 but during his time at Swindon he was on the left wing a lot/far too much - a position Anderson has himself said he doesn't like. If you play him as a 10, you've got a fantastic player, if you don't, it's a waste of time."

He's a very good age (25) with lots of games under his belt. If we can get and keep Kaikai fit, we will just need someone with a bit more presence to lead the line. Given how little we've seen of Critchley and how he will set us up, I'm hoping an interchangeable front 3. Fingers crossed this is the first of a few early signings.

Looks decent. Hard to say how good he will be but hopefully Neil Critchley will be able to coach him well. I think that's the most important thing for me I'm hoping the coaching and the way we play brings out the talent in the players we have and bring in.

The most amazing thing is that we are getting players in early I was thinking maybe SS would not be so quick this time he signed quite a few in January and didn't really get to see them and for me it was the loan players that shone the most in that short period.

Hopefully more to come we have lost our main striker, our Captain and both centre halves unless Heneghan signs (would like Taylor-Moore back if possible)

Really can't wait for football to be back

Taylor-Moore is to good for Lge1 Heneghan get him and try and get a partnership going with Thornley it's the one part of the field having a settled pair is best.

We've been promised an entertaining, fast, attacking footballing philosophy, and Keshi fits in with that.
He slipped down the leagues since being with Palace as a kid. But with the confidence he'll have gained from last season, if he listens to NC, works hard and gels with the rest of the lads, he's the type of character who can still aspire to playing at a high level - hopefully with us!

Does any of your mates have any info on Woollery? Also out of contract and a big, powerful quick forward?

I hope we go for another Swindon player (last season) Jaiyesimi - just been released by Norwich - looks a baller - strong, skillfull, not afraid of a challenge and can finish. Swindon fans rave about him.

Could be okay. Mixed reviews from his previous clubs.

Don't think he's a wide man. He wants to play off a striker, much like Kaikai. Looks crafty rather than particularly fast, again much like Kaikai.

Hope he's a hit, but I suspect there are much more exciting signings to come.

Quite a leap of faith to sign anyone I suppose at the moment with no guarantee the season is going to kick off anytime soon at this level, or any spectators to watch it if it does!
Cheers 🍻 Simon.

"It was definitely the manager" I don't think we can underestimate how much the attraction of our club has risen massively now we have a new owner, the stench of the stains is gone and we have a manager that players are going to want to play under. These are exciting times and I can't wait to see him play.
