Doesn't seem to have happened for a while? Can't remember watching the second round draw for a long time!!
 
2020-2021 (season before last) after beating Middlesbrough 3-0 in the first round.

2018-2019 got to the 4th round after beating Barnsley, Doncaster and QPR, losing to Arsenal in the 4th round.
