Leeds celebrate their success….

It may be me - and I understand that Leeds supporters will be delighted to have avoided relegation by the skin of their teeth, fair enough, but….

At what point did being the least-worst team in the PL, having suffered numerous thumping defeats & sacking their manager, ending the season with a goal difference of -38 & setting a new record for the number of cards received in a season become worthy of a celebratory/commemorative issue of the local paper?

At least we don’t have to suffer them next season.

I think the glass half full philosophy is always the best way to go personally. It’s how and if they turn things around next season that counts now I guess.

That is such a bitter/sweet fact. Ultimately got rid of the Oystons but we all invested so much in that season, it's still crushing we only got one go.
We’d been sussed out and would have been rock bottom the next season with no reason to think the guaranteed further Prem millions would have changed the ‘investment profile’ for the first team…would have just been even more monkey squirrelled away. It all worked out for the best to be rid of the leeches once and for all.
