The style of play with the players he has available does not work unless there is further quality introduced in January or he starts to bring Dembele into the team more I’m not convinced he’s on the right track. Peterborough showed him what can be done, they had 4/5 players who can move the ball at speed and efficiently from defence to attack. If he’s a top coach he should capable of implementing this. CJ for all his pace is a one trick pony. 3 or 4 players needed.

I think my problem is I didn’t judge him on the 0-0’s and the early defeats as we were in August and it was a team bonding and we didn’t have Rhodes.
Now though it’s November and we’re nearly 20 games in (cup and league) and again last night he just didn’t pick an obvious starting XI and that is a real concern.
 
We tried 2 other managers last season and both were a lot worse than Critch.

We did have a short period of improvement under Dobbie but that could be simply the bounce you get when you appoint a popular member of staff.

Some lads In A and B block???

Half the fanbase never wanted him back in the first place.
Others having doubts as well now, given bizarre team selections and with us struggling in a league we should leading.
 
Two points off the play offs with only a third of the season gone on the back of an absolute shit show of a season where numerous players confident was absolutely shot at & we’ve made several signings who need to gel.

Of course we are on track!
 
Players are clearly right behind him as well. Showed character and resolve all season long

Looks like you need to take a closer look at the table.

We are 8th and two points off the play offs . . that is not mid table.
 
He still has players to come back, we've missed Norburn and I'd say individual errors cost us on Wednesday and not the manager.
That said, he has to be consistent and if he is saying Dembele is not 'match fit' or whatever the excuse then he has to look at Oakley-Booth and realise he's a hundred miles away.
You'd like to think when the squad is at full fitness he won't be making these mistakes.

Really positive about the future right now, especially after seeing what we are capable of in these last two games. I don’t think any side could live with us once we really start to fire on all cylinders.
