The ladies will need to produce a performance similar to that against Netherlands or it's difficult to see a win. Spain are beatable and with England having an extra days rest, that could also be a factor. Hopefully they can go back-to-back. 🦁🦁🦁🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
 
Might be able to watch a bit of it. But I’ve got stuff to do & we’re talking the disabled BIL out on his birthday. Hope England manage to sneak it. A nervous 1-0 win.
 
Would Love to support "The Lionesses" but the "positive discrimination" by especially by the BBC will be unbearable.

Especially with repect to the "delusion" that the Ladies game can be in anyway compared to the Mens.

Can't say I "want" Spain to win either, so its lose/lose for me today I'm afraid.......not that I'll be watching it!!!!

Sorry, but I think Spain might beat us 2-0. I would love the lionesses to win but we have not played good any off this tournament. Spain look good and might run wild. Once again sorry but that is my head talking.

Our girls need to be switched on from the off, we will be without the ball for lots of the game, need to do individual jobs and get it done.
 
Prepared well in advance for this. Out for Sunday lunch at 1, to avoid the difficulty of having to eat between 5 and 10:30 when the penalties will finish. Quick scone and cup of tea at half time.
 
We need a Lauren James masterclass tonight. Yes she’s got an ego, yes she seems unbothered but she’s the best female footballer England has seen for years and that’s basic football knowledge. She just moves differently. If she can get things going in the first half, we have a chance. We’ve started slowly every game so far, Spain will not allow that tonight and we will be punished if so.

Hannah Hampton has been superb, and will need to be on top of her game tonight against the likes of Pina and Gonzalez - they are potent and will definitely find the back of the net at some point (BTTS, 8+ corners and Hemp/Gonzalez 2+ shots is the banker for the betting lot).

Sarina, please do not start Jess Carter. The thought of Bonmati running at her terrifies me, Greenwood is much more composed and qualified and Morgan was brilliant at CB.

I’m going for 2-2 FT, 3-2 England AET Aygemang winner.

As has been mentioned in other media outlets although having rode our luck a bit have been tested and proved to be up for the fight. Since the opening game it's been knock out football for England and have faced much better and stiffer opposition than Spain.
The Germans had a game plan and had done there homework on Spain. It left Spain looking vulnerable at times. I really do fancy the teams chances today and if the match is level with 20 or 15 minutes to go I don't think the Spanish will fancy facing our 2 super subs coming off the bench.
Come on girls bring it back home.
 
That’s the thing, we certainly haven’t played the best football by any stretch, but we keep progressing.
That resolve and resilience is worth it’s weight.
My head is saying this is going to be very tricky, my heart says they’ve got it in the locker ⚽️

Personally I think the coach is too loyal to her starting eleven.

Felt she left the subs against Italy far too late and got lucky with a last minute equaliser.

That said, our household will be cheering ENGLAND'S Lionesses tonight.👍
