Casey? Pennington?Just said exactly the same on the ‘what do we think of the signings thread’
We still lack height at the back on set pieces only Ekpiteta is over 6 ft.
When they play yes but Pennington is certainly not a regular and Casey played more games for FGR than us.Casey? Pennington?
George Elek running Fotmob now then mate?Compiled by an Oxford fan. Can't say he's ever done much against us, so that's all I can base it on.
But both are over 6 foot. When Pennington plays and Ekpiteta doesn’t does that mean Pennington is our only defender over 6 foot? When they play yes but Pennington is certainly not a regular and Casey played more games for FGR than us.
I don’t think Critchley sees either as a regular for the future.
Casey has recently signed a new 3 1/2 year contract with an option for a further 12 months. When they play yes but Pennington is certainly not a regular and Casey played more games for FGR than us.
I don’t think Critchley sees either as a regular for the future.
Critchley has an inferiority complex about tall players, thats why he only signs little uns. When they play yes but Pennington is certainly not a regular and Casey played more games for FGR than us.

Just my gut feeling why were we chasing Low then? But both are over 6 foot. When Pennington plays and Ekpiteta doesn’t does that mean Pennington is our only defender over 6 foot?
Nothing Crichley has done suggest Casey and Pennington are not part of his long term plans.
Two unproven youngsters than have less than 5 professional games between them - not exactly what’s needed for a playoff push is it?Two players signed for undisclosed fees, tried to spend?
Doubt we’ll see either of them this campaign anyway one is still getting over a serious ankle operation. Two unproven youngsters than have less than 5 professional games between them - not exactly what’s needed for a playoff push is it?
HVDYAh Jaffa....very astute....there was,some years ago,a Wycombe Tangerine!!!
But he forgot his password, didn`t ya Premacto???
You stated we haven't spent, I'm stating we have regardless of age or match experience. Two unproven youngsters than have less than 5 professional games between them - not exactly what’s needed for a playoff push is it?
Yep, that would be right, but we don’t go for this ‘use players in their correct position’ nonsenseHe says right wing, not wing back...
Anyone over 5'5" looks really tall to him!Critchley has an inferiority complex about tall players, thats why he only signs little uns.
That’s if you think these two cost more than we got for Dougall and Dale, so you can take a simplistic look if you want, I reckon we made a net profitYou stated we haven't spent, I'm stating we have regardless of age or match experience.
Guess work. Both Dougall and Dale nearly out of contract so won't have gone for big fees. That’s if you think these two cost more than we got for Dougall and Dale, so you can take a simplistic look if you want, I reckon we made a net profit
Pretty sure that Dale had another year as an option for the club.Guess work. Both Dougall and Dale nearly out of contract so won't have gone for big fees.
Harsh, he might sound like a Burnley fan but he's Pool through and through.Leave it AT, you have had more clubs than Peter Stringfellow
They went through the motions. They didn’t try and buy him. Bidding so late means other team can’t line up a replacement and bids can’t be revised with negotiations.Sounds like the club have vision in trying to buy Low.
I think AT knows what I was on aboutHarsh, he might sound like a Burnley fan but he's Pool through and through.
Cryptic post mateSounds like the club have vision in trying to buy Low.
We didn't pay half a million. I'm pretty sure the fee that was given at the time of the loan was then re-negotiated downwards to something like 250K.We may or may not have made a profit comparing transfers in and out this Jan (it could easily be not) but I'm pretty sure we will have made a loss overall on Owen Dale. We paid half a million - what will we we have got for him? £200,000 tops?
Wycombes Number ONE!!!!HVDY
He lives in Blackpool, Burnley, Wycombe and the US, also wherever needed to appropriately review signings.
Apparently he also works at Target...
Season ticket holder at Target since 2020 thank you very much.Apparently he also works at Target...
Well he’s not going to say, I’m shit but I’ll run around as much as I can is heHaha time will tell on that mate. I see he's already saying he can't wait to play in his actual position of strength...
Hardly a speed merchant though, could we interest you in CJ now he is bloody fast.He says right wing, not wing back...
Masterson is under contract with GillinghamHope we go back in for Joe Low now Ekpiteta has gone.
Always inflated rates when trying to buy in the January window, so our original offer might be considered now.
Also bring in Conor Masterson (6ft"3) on a free and we'd be quality at set pieces.
Conor Masterson is out of contract next month and no compensation due as aged over 24.Masterson is under contract with Gillingham
Haha depends. Some weeks he was bloody Messi on here, some weeks Bebe… which one?Hardly a speed merchant though, could we interest you in CJ now he is bloody fast.
Even League One clubs are becoming more and more bizarre from an ownership point of view. A Kazakhstan residing Georgian pops up out of nowhere to take over the reigns from their previous American owner. Not sure,if he’s one of the better players he’ll most probably be offered decent money to stay, they’ve just been taken over by a billionaire.another team to worry about.
If we're going to be doing business with Wycombe I'd suggest a double deal and we also sign Luke Leahy.Hope we go back in for Joe Low now Ekpiteta has gone.
Also bring in Conor Masterson (6ft"3) on a free and we'd be quality at set pieces.
As, a winger not bad and a decent no of assists, but our coach plays him as, a wingback so he is never in a position to truly exploit his paceHaha depends. Some weeks he was bloody Messi on here, some weeks Bebe… which one?
I think he has a complex about players that frown. God help them if that spreads to the mouth.Critchley has an inferiority complex about tall players, thats why he only signs little uns.
