I think it is fair enough giving them most of the East stand. We aren't selling any in there and with their following they will snap them tickets up especially now they are in form. They took 4k to MK
 
I was in Q block & can't remember the crossbar being broken. I do remember the corner flag being thrown about like a javelin though.
 
Next season could be time to migrate to the South as it's looking like not a cat in hell's chance the away fans are ever going next to the North unless they bring a huge following.

I'm in demand - jolly boys bus from Chester le Street or the fun bus from the Cleadon Club!!!!! Either way might stop for pre-drinks in Gars- vegas on the way - South Shields to South Shore is going to be a messy day
 
Never understood all this concern over being close to away fans and it having to mean improved atmosphere at all. Most grounds it isn't like that and yet atmospheres are fine. The Southend game when admittedly there was over 15,000 there was one of the best atmospheres with hardly any away fans and little attention paid to them at all.
