Manager - What is really going on?

We seem to be floundering in our search for a new manager with the current emphasis being to chase the manager of teams who are currently performing well. Robinson, Wellens and Lowe? All of whom are relatively young and two of which have limited experience.

Evatt meets this same profile yet is not being considered

Should we not be considering Nigel Adkins who has experience, his teams invariably play good football and he’s currently unemployed.

Maybe the real issue here is the decision to appoint a Head Coach and not a Manager.

How much control will the person measured on games won actually have to influence their position.?

Or just do what everyone else does in the real world advertise the job their are hundreds of coaches/managers who are busting a gut to get back to work.
Check CV interview pick the best candidate who has a vision/style of play/player targets etc Bingo.
All this faffing around trying to steal other clubs managers when your a third division club is nonsense just give it to someone who is desperate for the job like Ollie was.
