No way we'll offer more towards his wages than Sheffield United, but I guess that'd depend how keen they are. Not sure on Blackburn or Huddersfield's finances but I don't think this one is likely.

Think he was born in Yorkshire aswell so probably has family there and it's closer to newcastle / his home than the fylde coast is.... saying all that - would love to see him playing for the mighty

The fact that they want loaning club to pay most of his wages smacks to me he may be offloaded at the right price. Surely if he was a keeper they would be more interested in his development
