Meanwhile Over At Wonderland: Final Win For our Long Suffering Terry😎

It's hilarious isn't it!

I really thought this year might be the year as they have been thumping some of the teams and were flying. The month of October has seem them lose 3 out of 6 including 2 batterings. Suddenly they are 6th and it's Deja vu!

It must be a nightmare being a Sunderland fan at the moment, performing well below expectations whilst their bitter rivals become one of the richest teams in the world! If that was us and PNE in that scenario I would be devastated! 🤦‍♂️

Feel upset for him. He’s right about the league though and the passion of the fans.

Maybe @LeeCharlesTV could start dressing up 🙄
Haha! he is absolute class is Terry and it is just funny to watch when it all goes wrong. I feel sorry for him but not for Sunderland they wanted too much for Embo and he really wanted to stay - serves 'em right.
There is a magic here at the seaside and without that magic and the way Critch seems to improve players they probably won't get the best out of him. I thought Sunderland were nailed on but there seems to be something wrong within the club to me? players come and go, managers change even 2 new owners in such a short space of time but even with that huge fanbase they can't seem to get it right on the pitch?

It's partly expectation I think. They keep trying to appoint to take them up rather than appointing to build something. Jack Ross was hard done by I think. I know a few Sunderland fans who are very reasonable people, but there's a tendency for shit to hit the fan if they're not doing exactly as they should be that probably doesn't exist to the same extent for us. We think we've got fans who moan, but realistically, we're much more patient than them and I think that pressure tells.

It's hard to say what a big job it is to turn around a club full of massive egos who've failed and rebuild a functional League One promotion winning side. We know full well how hard that league is to get out from, I'm not sure they did and I'm not sure some of them still do.

There is just a litany of bad luck, bad appointments and bad signings to blame for where they are now. It's the most Sunderland thing ever that when they finally got the right manager (Fat Sam) he got poached by England and then, just to add insult to injury, the job he left to do, he lasted ONE GAME in.

It's one of those sliding doors moments. In another world, Allardyce is still at Sunderland and they're finishing 7th or 8th in the Prem every year and people are talking about if they can push on to the next level. He was a perfect fit for there, for them, for him and the universe screwed it up for them.

His last video is proving to be spot on when he said this season's team was softer than last year which is why they roll over with heavy defeats when things don't go their way.

That was something else. 🤣
That guy deserves better than Sunderland are giving.
He's good enough to be Pool fan, the passion was so sincere and obvious.
Sunderland don't deserve him, he should be a Pool fan.
Bet he got really pissed at the event he was going to.
Good luck to him.

I think he's great, he can come over here and be a Tangerine any time he wants. He's a natural in front of the camera too, you can feel his pain and his passion. Can't one of our bloggers get him to do an interview?

I actually feel sorry for Sunderland.
Their fans are entitled to expect them to at least compete, and they are not the plastics who follow top 6 Prem teams.
It does show how important stability is, the managers who take on the mantle are half expecting to be sacked a year down the line, and that filters down through the club and leads to half hearted performances etc.

Can’t wait for tonight’s edition…
