If we ditch Grayson, we need a plan in place. If I were Sadler, I'd be getting Ian Evatt to sign an agreement to join us at the end of the season. Let him have his glory at Barrow - it'd be wrong to deny him that and then get him in at the start of May having agreed a release fee with Barrow.

Put everything in place for season ticket sales etc. Put someone new in now and it won't change much - the season has come and gone and all we can hope is as little damage as possible can be done between now and the end of the season.
 
Am not sure Evo is quite the man we need. You need an Ian Holloway character - someone who will come out and say it as it is, not be in the job to make friends, a motivator, a tactician and someone who will ENTERTAIN!!
