Looked to me like there’s only 2 on that side of the road being lived in now

Why???Doesn't concern the club now so they can stay out for me.
Wonder why they were boarding up today then?Has only been 2 for a while mate
Were the people still inside?Wonder why they were boarding up today then?
Because the improvements made to the east dont require any more space, we only needed BHS if a new East stand was to be built. Why???
That doesn't gel with what the club have said. The proposed final phase of the improvements to the current stand would require the houses to be demolished to build a concourse behind the existing stand, together with access to that concourse and landscaping improvements on Henry Street. Nothing to do with a new East stand, but the improvements to the existing stand.Because the improvements made to the east dont require any more space, we only needed BHS if a new East stand was to be built.
Will have the best view in Blackpool when the houses opposite are goneI see that a a property on the opposite side of Henry St was sold recently in an auction for £32k. Looks like a bit of major refurbishment would be required for it to be habitable. Not the most attractive location to live in, but I suppose if the opposite side was improved by the club and the council it would help.
As insider says, the east is having a concourse added into it, which will increase its footprint, and it will have a new facade too, so the appearance from the outside should be improved, and the council is creating a landscaped public realm adjacent to the east stand. Blackpool needs this kind of renewal, lots of it really.Because the improvements made to the east dont require any more space, we only needed BHS if a new East stand was to be built.
AirBnB for matchday weekends. You'd absolutely clean up.Will have the best view in Blackpool when the houses opposite are gone
Be up for £250k next summer
It will have the Back Henry st plaza in front of it eventually ,could be a good investment ???I see that a a property on the opposite side of Henry St was sold recently in an auction for £32k. Spot on Pete! The houses will still have to be demolished for the concourse development. That doesn't gel with what the club have said. I thought there was more than 2From memory there were 4 houses not boarded up at the end of last season
We usually park near central drive and walk down Henry street
iirc there were 3 houses not boarded up as at the end of the season. I haven't been on Henry Street since the Bristol Rovers game, so Tigger could be right at 4Looked to me like there’s only 2 on that side of the road being lived in now
Nope - they’re still needed for the infrastructure of the East and the overall development by the council of the area. They need raising to the ground ASAP for many reasons.Because the improvements made to the east dont require any more space, we only needed BHS if a new East stand was to be built.
Promenade Removals?Surely the Armfield lads can see off the remainder...
always thought it a bit odd that OO missed a trick in not buying houses on BHS west side, not for the club, but to hold some power for a later date.Has KoKo still got any land where we could bury the structure of the existing stand?
It would save a fortune in disposal costs
Maybe there'll be like that farmhouse in the middle of the M62!Looked to me like there’s only 2 on that side of the road being lived in now
He did own several. They were sold quickly and cheaply in that first tranche of asset sales if I remember rightly to pay the administration fees????always thought it a bit odd that OO missed a trick in not buying houses on BHS west side, not for the club, but to hold some power for a later date.
You'd have thought he would have sold other assets first given the potential hold BHS could have over the club.He did own several. They were sold quickly and cheaply in that first tranche of asset sales if I remember rightly to pay the administration fees????
He never had the best of advisors did he?You'd have thought he would have sold other assets first given the potential hold BHS could have over the club.
Lost the houses backing onto the training ground as well, if he hadn't annoyed the judge by borrowing against travelodge he might have kept a few for leverageHe did own several. Seemed to have a knack of annoying people didn’t they?Lost the houses backing onto the training ground as well, if he hadn't annoyed the judge by borrowing against travelodge he might have kept a few for leverage
If they demolish the others, particularly the ones in-between, it might encourage them to move on.Just been down and 2 properties left nos 8 and 16 !
Maybe there'll be like that farmhouse in the middle of the M62!
I'm pretty sure that'd be harassment. If they demolish the others, particularly the ones in-between, it might encourage them to move on.
Here we goBe good to get some pics/vids for exiles next time anyone is down BHS.
Yes, I wasn't being serious. Just use the CPOI'm pretty sure that'd be harassment.
You can't polish a turdVery interesting watch, although not sure it shows Blackpool off in the best way
It might encourage them to stay.If they demolish the others, particularly the ones in-between, it might encourage them to move on.
Not really, so long as they are left stable.I'm pretty sure that'd be harassment.
No empathy then? Not really, so long as they are left stable.
