Watched the first episode of Sky Atlantics Domina last night, bit disappointed KO wasn't in being flogged to within an inch of his life in a gimp mask, but a very promising, lavish production set in 44AD just after Julius Caesar's assignation. Stellar cast and kept my interest.

Also watched first episode of Fargo 4, set in 1949, mob time, Chris Rock, quirky as always and a really great first episode.

I'll be back with more recommendations soon!! 🙃

Just watched Fargo S4 Ep 1. Ace...as usual.

Two more really good series I would recommend are Snowfall on BBC I Player. Set in the mid 80s in America , drugs crime drama about the emergence of cocaine into society. Fantastic 80s soundtrack throughout as a bonus for those of us old enough to remember.

Also, on Amazon Prime, “The Boys” This is a Super Hero series with a twist. Plenty of action, clever storyline, funny very dark humour.

A few from Amazon Prime.
Been ploughing through Vikings. Enjoyable daft cod-historical tosh
Goliath - with Billy Bob Thornton - some great characters and getting very trippy by series three.
Note that a new series of Bosch is due. Previous series' (one to six) are excellent viewing.

Britbox
The Hollow Crown - I'm looking forward to re-watching this
Toast of London - oh yes....
Catweazle - for old times' sake 🏝️ 😂 👍

Just stumbled on 'Designated Suvivor' (Netflix). A Washington DC political thriller. Hooked from episode one. It's looking like a great replacement for Line of Duty.

Another vote for My Octopus Teacher, wonderful. Also some Scandi Noir - Blinded - Time to Kill on BBC4 or iplayer.

Got halfway through Domina and deleted it. Wasn’t impressed, and I’d been looking forward to it. Seemed to jump about too much and wasn’t impressed with some of the acting but might give it another go.
I might have been in a bad mood!
