I’m much more concerned about a stream NEXT Saturday. Eight days to go, and no definitive statement as yet from the Club of what is to be on offer ( if anything ) .
Why would the game be streamed next Saturday 3pm?I’m much more concerned about a stream NEXT Saturday. Eight days to go, and no definitive statement as yet from the Club of what is to be on offer ( if anything ) .
No fans in the ground Ifollow was allowed Saturdays before that it was only available Internationally on that day.If Saturday streaming is banned, what have ifollow been doing for the last few years, and they have been the official EFL streaming service ???
This is the point Halifax, iptv would only work if the club streamed it or a broadcaster showed it - where do you think they get their pictures from? There's always IPTV if you can't make it.
Yes I know it's not right but I wouldn't be going long haul usually nowadays, plus officially I shouldn't be subscribing to Ttv using a VPN so I'm comfortable that I'm not depriving clubs of income.
So where do I get it legally? This is the point Halifax, iptv would only work if the club streamed it or a broadcaster showed it - where do you think they get their pictures from?
I believe and practice if it’s available legally then you should always pay.
I've not seen anything definitive yet about Saturday EFL streaming. There's no option on Tangerine TV currently to buy packages for audio or video passes, either UK or overseas. So where do I get it legally?
…as insider says.So where do I get it legally?
Its poor but presumably its the clubs were playing not allowing it?Just from BFC twitter
Unfortunately, there will be no live stream for this fixture, however a highlights package will be available to watch on Tangerine TV later that evening, with a full match replay the following day.
My comment was re next week. Assuming the rules re 3pm Saturdays are back in place then I'll use my IPTV.…as insider says.
we are waiting for the club to announce and if you can’t pay them - nobody is watching on TV!!
iptv generally just rips the club stream (or Sky if they ever show us) from their one paid account.
Makes no sense for those abroad not to be able to watch, but tbh even those in the country, its a friendly, people are still going to go to morecambe. There will be no live stream for Morecambe according to the club - getting a bit peed off with this being an exile!!
It's a friendly mate - a training session which fans can watch. Your time would be far better spent watching the Olympics where there is something at stake! There will be no live stream for Morecambe according to the club - getting a bit peed off with this being an exile!!
The Olympics will have pretty much finished for the day and the game was my bridge to the LionsIt's a friendly mate - a training session which fans can watch. Your time would be far better spent watching the Olympics where there is something at stake!
the Southport game was streamed?Says there will be a full match replay on Sunday. Surely there isn't already the rule about not showing live Saturday 3pm games, even in preseason.. seems like it.
It’s strange - since the game is obviously being recorded - otherwise the full match wouldn’t be available tomorrow! There is no issue with broadcasting a live feed for a Saturday 3pm kick off if it’s a friendly. Why they are choosing not to I don’t know.
Carlisle was the same. It’s strange - since the game is obviously being recorded - otherwise the full match wouldn’t be available tomorrow!
That was their choice and Morecambe must feel more Seasiders are going to turn by not showing it live.the Southport game was streamed?
Aye exactly. But then the Carlisle game was filmed, but not streamed live. The same way as this game.the Southport game was streamed?
Yep and if its morecambe and Carlisle being funny about it then I say we don't play them pre season if this how they act. Should have been a prerequisite of the game going ahead.Bizarre really, surely if it was streamed live more people would buy it than people that wouldn't actually go to the game because it was being streamed?
Say it put 100 Blackpool fans off going to the game at £15 a ticket, I'm sure hundreds more would pay say £5 to watch it on TV with BFC splitting the profit.
To get people to go to the Match and put money through the Turnstiles. There is no issue with broadcasting a live feed for a Saturday 3pm kick off if it’s a friendly. Why they are choosing not to I don’t know.
Indeed!!I’m sure Morecambe and Carlisle want money through the gate and who can blame them? Pity they can’t geoblock it for us expats, but frankly more interested in them announcing details of international streaming for the season so I don’t have to give my money to other clubs!
One thing that has always confused me is why are English that live abroad expats but foreigners that live in England are immigrants?I’m sure Morecambe and Carlisle want money through the gate and who can blame them? The technical answer is that ‘expats’ are there temporarily while ‘immigrants’ are gone for good … actually one of the legal definitions is about where you want to be buried. I want my ashes blasted into space, so not sure what that makes meOne thing that has always confused me is why are English that live abroad expats but foreigners that live in England are immigrants?
So by that definition it should be quite flexible in usage of the two words. Therefore, expat should be used for those non-Brits who live in the UK temporarily, which happens. And those Brits who choose to live and stay in other countries, of which there are many, should be called immigrants. The technical answer is that ‘expats’ are there temporarily while ‘immigrants’ are gone for good … actually one of the legal definitions is about where you want to be buried. Would be pretty impressive to still be alive when reduced to ashes!Hopefully dead when they do it, or it could end up a disaster
