All our outstanding players at the minutes probably won’t be here next season.

Moore, Dewsbury-Hall and Ronan been excellent since coming here. None of them likely to stay beyond the end of the season. Very much a club in flux on the field at the minute. Impossible to say what the club will look like next season. Another revolving door transfer window in the summer beckons

The advantage of getting a decent manager in soon would be that if they got to play under him, he is more likely to be able to get them to come back again next season

The January window was a panic reflex thing. we signed 12 players, the better ones on loan, the longer term ones are not really what we need. Would have made sense to hold tight, use some loans to see us through the season, and strengthened in summer, surely. Especially as Grayson's job was on the line at the time anyway, and he got about two games with the new players.
