I’ve given up listening to them theses days same old shite seems to know what the problems are on the field but he seems out of his depth when trying to address them.

I know people can say he should've started with Ballard, and it's a valid point definitely. But even with the lineup he chose, no manager could possibly account for going down to 10 men after 58 seconds. He was let down badly tonight by his most experienced defender. Again.
Husband shouldn't be in the side again imo, he's had more than enough chances. I say that in the knowledge that he's not a bad player, but he's very prone to doing the kind of thing he did tonight and against Lincoln, and the red against Southend was ridiculous and should've told us something. When you're a struggling side trying to put a string of results together, you just can't have a player like that in the side I'm afraid.
All that said, I'm not trying to excuse our other problems. Just saying that anything we'd planned or worked on before tonight went out of the window with less than a minute gone.

Agree with a lot of the above, certainly his body language, lack of eye contact, spoke volumes.
He needs to change the record though. His post match reports are the same.
As mentioned above, he seems like a nice guy, but too nice IMO
Regardless of how much Sadler thinks of him I think he will be running out of patience very soon

A beaten man in that interview - hardly surprising given the way the game started, but it’s his squad of players and they are certainly not performing at the moment.
defensively we are extremely suspect. Midfield creates nothing. No quality up front. Set pieces are truly awful ( what do they do all week?).
Too early to get rid yet though but ask again in another 6 games.

Amazing how worms turn. Pre season (according to the wannabe managers)he was assembling a good looking squad. No he wasn't,he was getting players that nobody else wanted.League tables don't lie and if anyone thinks a victory this Saturday is anything to shout about ,you are a half wit.

Lets have it right we would have been lucky to get a nil nil as they had better chances and had a goal controversially ruled out when the linesman changed his mind. If that decision had been against us we would have been steaming mad. They were a decent team but we just not getting the ball in dangerous areas.
