Starting to look good, and whilst it's only 22 games, on current form it should only get better. He currently has a better win percentage than any recent former manager, including Holloway. Interesting how things can change.

Grayson's last stint :
6 July 2019
12 February 2020
3813121334.21%

Terry McPhillips:

Gary Bowyer:

Interesting thanks for posting 👍

Let's start comparing after the season.
If he'd won 5 out of 5 at the beginning of the season he'd have had a 100% win rate. If those were the only games he'd won all season his win rate would be 10%ish
No where near the managers you've quoted👍🏻

I did say it's early days, but 22 games now is getting to be more substantial. Obviously it doesn't take into account the turmoil and lack of backing by other managers and you could argue Bowyer's percentage isn't too shabby considering what went on in his tenure.
As much as I had doubts about Critchley, it would be great to have him as a successful and long term manager who is backed and valued if he does the business.
