NEW BLOG: Blackpool v Southend United

Really interesting contrast between Moore and Nuttall's interview. Strangely I re-watched that interview recently and he may as well have worn a t-shirt saying 'Don't want to be here, I'm better than Blackpool!'
 
Delia says boil a pan of water, crack an egg into it, turn off the heat and leave it for 10 minutes.

I'd get the water boiling, crack in the eggs, bring it back to the boil then simmer for three minutes personally

Cheers Tizz. Maybe he just doesn’t like giving interviews but that was a terrible first impression. I can’t believe the club put that video out.

Ooh that’s a new one on me. As it’s Delia, does she add sherry to the water as well? Love her recipes but (because?) they’re very rich and boozy.

Surprisingly, no. If you're busy it's a very easy way to get eggs done without worrying about it boiling over.
