I stand corrected (although do recall something about hanging from our tour of the castle last year).
 
Another fantastic read Jane. Thank you very much. I'm around Blackpool this coming Sunday. If I see yourself of Lee in any of the pubs I visit I will shoute you a few half's. I'm sure our paths will croos one day but not in a pysco stalker kind of way hahaha. I'm retiring early and buying a place in knott end. So will be in Blackpool often. I will probebly get to some matches aswell, but after having a season ticket for 42 years at old trafford I'm all footballed out. So the change will also do myself good.

Ah I'm on a writers retreat on Sunday so will miss you on this occasion but I'm sure our paths will cross soon.

A change is as good as a rest with the football, I'm finding. I went to watch my old club Chasetown the other week and found it really refreshing.

I know! I've been putting off returning to Fleetwood since my last visit (a few years ago) when the beer was rubbish in all the pubs (to the extent that I ended up drinking spirits in a couple of them). I appreciate (hope) that was probably a one off and I have been hearing great things about Beer Shed. I'll be calling in on Fleetwood Beer Fest weekend (assuming we're not away at Newport Isle of Wight or something in the FA Cup that weekend).

It's still crap, bar the Beer Shed, sadly.
