Just been on the official site and fans are being asked to open a new account. But, I've already got an account. I tried to sign on with my user name and password and I was rejected. It didn't help that when trying to sign in on a phone you can't see the boxes that you're supposed to complete when signing on with a phone. What's going on here? I've not been asked to re-register with any personal message. Where's the Club communication? At the moment they're pissing me off big time!

just had an email and you now need to create a new account for access to all things BFC. I've done it with no problems.
 
Stuck in a unverified state now as the verification email went to my spam, so then doesnt have the link to click on to verify. balls
 
Done, as 20’s says, move the verification email from spam to inbox.

Linked my customer number, but can’t access the ticketing system though from the link. Maybe it’s not ready or can’t cope.
 
Ignore me....their was no visible link (looked like plain text) and if i clicked on 'here' it didnt see the link.....but when i clicked on 'click' instead it did hahaha.

These first world problems are always so vexing.
 
Ive had the email, but after Id created account and needed to verify the account it wouldnt let me click 'here' there was no link in the email
My verification mail went to spam and there was no link to verify ,I had to click on the mail to confirm it was'nt spam and hey presto the link was there .Mind you it wont let me input my home address. Bugs and all that I suppose.

In the e mail it tells you you have to re register even if you have a current account .
 
I’ve had to register again, it didn’t recognise my original details, plus the verification code went to junk. Managed to do it now. Bit of a palaver though. What’s the reason for all this?
 
Hmm when I have added my client reference number from my season ticket as instructed I'm just left with the spinning tangerine wheel of fortune. Anyone else experiencing that issue?
Yep same here. Even tried adding a few 0 as my Client Ref has only 4 numbers. Still spinning ffs.

Then went on to ticketmaster site to check if my client reference is the same. They can’t make their fcuking minds up if I’m 1,316 in a queue or the website is currently undergoing maintenance and is unavailable.

I’ve linked my customer number earlier, but my son can’t link his now. Looks like it’s down to system failure, so hopefully they get it sorted.
 
I had the tangerine wheel going round for ages. So I refreshed the page and tried linking the ref number again this time it worked instantly. Maybe worth trying that 👍
 
I dislike intensely the insistence that the SSO password must contain a special character. For me that means creating an unfamiliar password that I won't remember.
Or you could use your familiar password and add one special character...

Update - I just tried again to add the client ref from my season ticket and it worked perfectly. Probably just weight of numbers slowing it up.
 
Keeps saying "Unable to verify user's identity" when I try to link my Client Reference - Anyone else had this?
Have a beer then try again. I faffed about for a bit, had the spam thing, my phone helpfully warned me about the message and blocked it. I turned it off then tried again and hey presto it worked. Gremlins innit

No. I just got a spinning tangerine wheel. Try putting a zero on your number. or if it has a zero on it, knocking it off. Why is it these things never quite run smoothly 😂

I got an email asking me to click here to verify my account but there was no hyperlink. Gave up. For now.
