Newport County apologise over alleged Valley Parade fire disaster abuse at Bradford game

Newport County apologise after fans allegedly mocked Bradford City over the 1985 Valley Parade fire disaster in which 56 people died.

Is it me or do they have more than just a few knobs who follow them?

Not really their fault as some so called Leeds fans decided to go and wind Stuart McCall up,who btw had his dad in the main stand at the stadium disaster.

Shocking behaviour by people who attach themselves to the club even when we are playing at ER.

Plumbs, a year or so ago I read Stuart Mccall telling about how his father never got over it and died fairly prematurely.
Of course his dad Andy was a very respected Pool player (1947/51) and made 86 appearances. I liked him.

Yep, even we have gone that low. In the 60’s Cardiff came to town after the Aberfan disaster where 116 school kids lost their lives. The Kop started chanting about that. They weren’t too happy
