My experience is first class, I’ve got a sinus problem and through my GP saw a specialist six weeks ago, he arranged a scan and on Friday I had a call from the Vic to go this morning at 9am. Arrived at 8.50, was called at 9, left at 9.10.

Fabulous.

It's hit and miss and I won't bore you with cases I've come across.
Your sinus problem reminds me of a shoite boss I used to work for, he was nicknamed sinus, because he got up everyone's nose 🤣

I get loads of cab jobs from A & E, so hear loads of complaints about the waiting time there, and obviously come face to face with plenty of the assholes that fall out of there still half pissed.
The one tip I have picked up is this - if you need to go to A & E, ring the NHS helpline first, they will give you a time slot that apparently cuts out the hours of waiting.

Johnno hats off to you buddy, I can't imagine how difficult your job is providing a much needed service for those drunken, nasty idiots 👍
