If her allegations are true, it’s irrelevant whether she participated willingly or not, she falls under the laws of Child Sexual Exploitation.

Not sure this suit is motivated by money, l think she wants the abuse to be acknowledged. Not sure if she needs to be careful as she is one of many victims, l'd guess that Guislane Maxwell has more reason to worry.

So was she of the age of consent? I believe it differs between states though, it varies between 16-18? Still questionable behaviour with that age though.

Not in America. Also gave her drinks. An offence under the age of 21 in the States.

To add more confusion, the age of consent doesn’t necessarily match the age limit of Child Sexual Exploitation.
In this country, the age of consent is 16, but you can still be a victim of CSE upto and including 18.
