This pitch was custom made for Bohannan and he's out for a duck. I think TML has retired hurt...

You know I'm a big fan of Hammy but since playing for England he's not managed to get his form back . . . until this match!!!

I was surprised to hear it was only his first CC Div 1 ton since getting two against Yorkshire which I think was back in 2016 !!!

He's an on the verge player. Just that little push.....

I do though, and always have thought that players picked for England are chosen because they can be moulded into the text book player they want.

We saw that with JA.

Lancashire’s previous defeat by Kent followed by this debacle, suggests to me that “ There’s trouble at t’ Mill”. Kent’s bowlers had a yard on ours. Notts have just run up 500 on a pitch where we have just lost six wickets for a hundred. Is the new Coach influencing events ?
There seems to be a general malaise about them, which they had better shake off quickly, or they’ll be in Div2 by mid Summer.

as anyone seen Critchley and Benkinstein in the same room? I think we should be told. The interview he did with Sctt Read last night was diabolical. Oh well here's hoping Hartley and Hurst can salvage some pride. 140-6
 
Hurst is going for his century just smashed a 6 and a 4 onto 92 bur Mahmood on strike for next over.

We only lost 1 cc game a season for each of the last two seasons. We've beaten that in the first 5 games....
