Seem to be the trend these days. Got an iPhone and the Apple pods seem ludicrously expensive. Do the cheaper non brand ones work as well ? We
 
I’ve got Apple AirPods and they are great. I had some other wireless headphones in the past and there was a delay but it there are no delays at all with the Apple ones

Don't even bother with the "non brand" ones. The reason they are expensive is because of the sound quality. Can pick them up for around £130 nowadays.
 
I've had some cheap Airpod style ones They weren't very good

I've also tried some others a little more expensive - GRDE Sound is good but they don't seem to sit in my ears well and I've had some charging issues

My lads both have the proper ones and have never had issues

I'm loath to pay the price but I suspect it's a case of you pay for what you get sometimes
 
I got some airpody type Android ones off Amazon for 50quid, sound as good as the Apple ones, charge quicker and the charger box thing doubles as a power bank.
